Meet Joann and Kelly

Kelly Kole, Allied ASID, found her true love - interior design - after an 11-year career in luxury Property Management. Kelly completed her studies at the University of Richmond and the Art Institute of Atlanta. Kelly's business, sales and people skills that she honed during her corporate years have helped her immensely in building first Kelly Kole Interiors, Inc. and then Kandrac & Kole Interior Designs, Inc.

During her first three years as a designer for Decorating Mart, in Marietta, Georgia, Kelly was fortunate to meet Joann Kandrac.

Joann Kandrac, IFDA, was the accessory/furniture buyer for Decorating Mart for 13 years. Not only was she responsible for displaying the 25,000 sq. ft. showroom, but she taught accessory arrangement classes and managed to do residential design work for a portfolio of clients as well.

Joann and Kelly joined their respective talents to form Kandrac & Kole Interior Designs, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. They enjoy working within CRS Design Firm which allows them to source and purchase high end furniture, accessories, flooring, blinds and shutters, as well as kitchen cabinets, appliances and countertop surfaces. Clients are invited to join Kelly and Joann within this luxurious setting to personally view a wide variety of furnishings for their home.

While these two partners are seasoned and gifted design professionals, their approach is fresh and innovative. You will find them extremely approachable, enthusiastic and fun. Joann and Kelly work closely with their clients, defining their needs and wishes in imaginative ways that resist "formula decorating".

Joann and Kelly's designs are functional, real life designs that still have a flair - whether it be a traditional foyer, an elegant dining room, a funky teenagers' room or a comfortable outdoor space - they all have a signature reflective of a collaborative effort between Joann, Kelly and their clients. This collaborative effort is built on trust and the innate vision of Kandrac & Kole for each individual project.
