We are proud to support Room Service Atlanta, a non-profit organization formed to mobilize interior designers and design enthusiasts who have a heart in the community. One shelter at a time, RSA is organizing local talent to help create comfortable and inspiring interiors for children and families as they work to get back on their feet from hard times. In 2012 and 2013, we redesigned two apartments for the United Methodist Children Home's Independent Living Program. For more information about RSA, please go to: http://www.roomserviceatlanta.org/. In 2011, Kelly began traveling to Guatemala to help the poor in Guatemala thru a partnership with Catalyst Resources International. She now travels to Guatemala several times a year to help build homes, assist with medical teams, teach Vacation Bible School and to visit the child she sponsors. Her latest endeavor is designing the nurseries and playrooms for CRI's newest orphanage for infant girls, called House of Hope, which will open in late 2014. Since 2007, we have helped to finance 15 micro-loans to fellow female entrepreneurs in third world countries. Kiva helps us do this! Kiva is a non-profit organization with a mission to connect people through lending to alleviate poverty. Leveraging the internet and a worldwide network of microfinance institutions, Kiva lets individuals lend as little as $25 to help create opportunity around the world. From Peru to Cambodia to Nicaragua and Mozambique, we are proud to say we have lent a helping hand to many deserving, hard working women and will continue to do so!
