As we continue our conversation about what we like and don't like about how the vacation rental business markets itself, we want to bring attention to these lovely cottages and their unique marketability in the small vacation paradise of Tybee Island.

How cute is Maddie's on Jones circa 1930. Sleeps 6! Complete with pink outdoor shower and big back yard for your pets to visit.

Memorable and clever (not necessarily expensive - a lot of these goodies are flea market finds that have been spray painted!)

Spotlessly clean (isn't this a given?)

Fresh and colorful - (renters are attracted to bold, fun colors - this is not real life after all - it's a vacation!)
