LAKE SANTEETLAH, NC
This fixer-upper was purchased by Principal Designer Kelly Kole and her husband Mike. They set about a year long renovation taking every wall to the studs and rebuilding the inside on the home. As featured in Cottage Journal Magazine, the transformation was extraordinary. Kelly and Mike moved walls, windows and doors with their primary focus on lake views, functionality and comfort for a home that welcomed endless friends, family and dogs. Kelly wasn’t interested in a kitsch lake house “cabin” but a beautiful lakeside home that was still practical.
