Our signature service. We’ll transform your home from the ground up or one room at a time. No need to lift a finger, as we handle all the details for you - leveraging years of experience and expertise to make your house truly a home.

• Initial Consultation and Concept Development: We begin by getting to know you, listening A LOT, discussing your likes and dislikes, lifestyle and vision for your home so that we are able to create a personalized design plan and budget. We then provide a detailed scope of work that includes all spaces to be furnished, services provided and design fees.   


• Space Planning and Design: We present a complete furnishings package that is unique to you that always includes a curated palette of materials, finishes and fixtures to make your home feel one of a kind, comfortable and always functional. You will also receive a detailed budget of all costs associated with your design.   


• Sourcing and Procurement: With access to trade-only showrooms, direct accounts with manufacturers and trusted relationships with artisans, we design and purchase every piece of furniture, lighting, artwork and accessories so that you don’t have to.   


• Project Management: Our team places and expedites all orders on your behalf. Behind the scenes, they are tracking shipments and communicating with vendors to manage timelines, keeping you informed all along the way.   


• Installation and Styling: This is where the magic happens! We manage every detail of the installation process which includes coordinating deliveries, placing each piece, styling every surface, hanging art and custom window treatments so that our vision — and yours — are brought to life seamlessly.

Renovations and new builds can be overwhelming for anyone, as the product choices are endless. We will employ our skills to design a stunning array of selections to suit your décor and your lifestyle.

Interior & Exterior Color Consultations

Stumped when it comes to committing to a color? We love working with clients to create a complete and cohesive color palette. This enables you to confidently make color decisions for your home that you will be thrilled to enjoy for years to come.

Designer for a Day

Perfect for clients (in the Atlanta and Charleston areas only) who desire to have a home curated by Kandrac & Kole but are not ready to commit to full-service design. We come to your home as “concierge designers” ready to tackle your design needs, leaving you with a carefully curated list of retail sources and space plans in an easy to implement presentation.

With over a decade of property management experience and another decade designing for multi-family, our insights and skillset in the world of luxury apartments have proven very valuable to some of the largest owners and management companies in the U.S. We are versed in all aspects of design from indoor and outdoor amenities, clubhouses, leasing centers, models and more.
