THE BRYANT – BUCKHEAD, GA
These projects represent functionality and beauty in resident amenities. We designed two spaces. The first was a co-working space that was created out of defunct storage units. The once concrete and steel space turned into a functional and beautiful co-working space complete with three private offices. In the second project we took a non-used theatre and created a luxury recreation space that is perfect for parties or game day.

Kandrac & Kole’s interior design for The Bryant at Buckhead Village exemplifies luxury and functionality in modern urban living. The theater space transcends traditional entertainment areas, offering a multi-faceted recreational experience in a previously unused theatre. With its four large screens, it provides an immersive viewing environment, while the inclusion of ping pong, shuffleboard, and poker tables adds diverse entertainment options. The thoughtfully designed seating and dining arrangements create a versatile space perfect for social gatherings and relaxation.
In the co-working area, Kandrac & Kole have masterfully balanced privacy and collaboration. This new amenity features a range of luxury work environments, from secluded stations to private offices, catering to various work styles and needs. Large gathering tables facilitate team meetings and collaborative projects, fostering a sense of community within the professional setting. The integration of USB and power charging options directly into the furniture demonstrates a keen attention to the practical needs of modern professionals, seamlessly blending technology with design.
These meticulously crafted spaces reflect Kandrac & Kole’s commitment to creating environments that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional and adaptable to the evolving needs of luxury apartment residents.
