Some Big Changes for Kandrac & Kole

Kandrac & Kole Interior Designs was founded in August of 2005.  We did a lot of research on branding.  We learned that our product or service is not our company's brand and neither is our logo or business card. Our brand is the genuine "personality" of our company.    We love the colors  pink and green and thought that would portray a memorable identity and show our personalities.

Our business card:

and our QR code!

Fast forward and quite honestly, we are tired of our "look".   Over the years we've received many compliments on our cute, eye-catching business card but feel that our brand may be too playful and not indicative of the level of sophistication of our designs.

Our business coach said to us "If Newell Turner from House Beautiful were to visit your website and see the "cuteness" of it, what would his first impression be?"  Now don't get me wrong, we don't want to be  boring and serious (that's just not us) but we do want to change things up a bit.

We've been working with Shari Miller of Little Blue Deer, a graphic designer based in Savannah, Georgia, specializing in custom blog and web design.  She is also the Art Director for House of Fifty magazine.   Together we have come up with a completely new look for our website and blog.  We're still tweaking and creating but hope to debut it by the end of the year.

Stay tuned........
